At LuminAussies , we raise exceptional beauties in a loving, caring, and family oriented environment and all our puppies are raised indoor, being said we are dedicated to raising some of the best Toy Australian Shepherds that would shine as a family, companion, therapy, show and or working buddies. Our puppies are healthy, socialized and have the ability to excel in conformation, agility, rally, obedience, herding and to be a perfect family member. All of our puppies leave to their forever home pre-registered with the American Stock Dog Registry (ASDR), and AKC eligible. We are dedicated following a responsible breeding program, our focus is on keeping our Toy Aussies healthy and happy for when they find their new homes, a Volhardt Personality Test would be completed on each puppy, they are genetically tested for MDR1, PRA/PRCD, and HC through parentage. They will have age-appropriate vaccinations and wormed.

Who Iam
I'm a Psychologist with over 11 years of experience working in the mental health field.Â
As a professional in the area of mental health, the most important principles for me are emotional and mental stability, balance, assertive decisions, caring and respecting ourselves and others.
At this time I and two of my adult dogs are working with adults, adolescents, and children who experienced trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance use/ abuse disorder, and other mental health illnesses, as a mental health professional, I witnessed the positive improvement on peoples lives.

In my research to find that emotional stability, I read about animal therapy, and I thought that it should be done in a responsible way, conserving the breed, providing the necessary care before pregnancy, during and after, so that these future puppies can be born healthy and with high emotional and cognitive intelligence, emotional and cognitive in order to provide support for their families.

We take our responsibilities very seriously and strive to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all our Aussies. We really believe in true love commitments, in our good breeder's program, emotional stability provided on animal therapy has been fundamental as Lulu and Dexter are highly involved in providing love, care, and support for the most vulnerable population. Would be amazing that families and or individuals experienced the opportunity to have a Toy Australian Shepherd like Lulu and Dexter. That’s when we thought that it should be done in a responsible way, conserving the breed, providing the necessary care before pregnancy, during, and after, so that these future puppies can be born healthy and with high emotional and cognitive intelligence, in order to provide support for their forever families.

As a responsible Pet Breeder, we carefully screen potential owners to make sure they understand exactly what is required when it comes to taking care of these beauties. Please note, because they are such amazing love creatures, LuminAussies wants to provide all the support to new furry parents. Concerns may arise as the puppies start growing up, for example: " why my puppy started to chewing shoes, wood..etc; my puppy barks too loud, a what age is the puppy fully trained...". Sometimes as a parent we don't necessarily have all the answers, and every creature is unique, having said that, LuminAussies wants to maintain open communication with the new puppy parents, ow you are part of our loving family. If at any point in your life is any situation that impedes you to continue offering care for the puppy, please don't hesitate to contact us, we will definitively work with you on finding alternatives including resources, techniques, and or rehoming your puppy. Remember that having a puppy is like having a child. This is a live love commitment, and you are not alone.
